Headband hottie Shenae Grimes picks up loads of some groceries at Ralph’s Supermarket in West Hollywood on Sunday [February 8].
The 19-year-old 90210 actress took home two paper bags full of goodies and a case of Arrowhead bottled water.
Earlier in the day, Shenae looked all hot and sweaty after taking a Bikram Yoga class with a friend in Los Angeles.
