Gossip Girl sweetheart Blake Lively teases in a sexy black jumpsuit with a plunging neckline in the February 2009 issue of Vogue.
According to FWD, the 21-year-old actress allegedly refuses to wear anything but a size zero, causing the Gossip Girl costume department to cut the tags from larger-sized samples. Sounds a little ridiculous, but rumors will be rumors!
